New J.Cats Beauty Soft Matte Lip Cooler

Hi loves,
I spotted these goodies at my local clothing store for about $3.99 & decided to pick up only two shades since the rest were either on the brighter or darker side. The texture is more on the mousse side, they are matte, and they DO transfer. The packaging is super adorable with travel friendly and many variety of shades to choose from. Product does have a light mint scent because it's suppose to leave lips feeling cool.
